Oolong Tea
Oolong tea, the other name for this truly magnificent half-fermented kind of tea is: half-green tea, teal, yellow-green or even blue. These names are based on the color of brine. The name oolong only truncation of English origin. Like Pu-erh reduces blood lipid levels and affects the fat content of tissues (weight loss). Regular tea drinking this gem protects and strengthens the heart, circulatory, digestive and immune system. We must not forget that, like green tea and oolong is a supplier of natural antioxidants, vitamins (B2, C, E), saponins (anticarcinogenic and anti-inflammatory effects), alkaloid (stimulant effects), selenium, zinc and tannins (astringent taste characteristic available decrease the risk of cancer).
